By default, your guest should receive an automated email after they complete your online booking form.
What Should It Say
- Â Firstly the email should acknowledge receipt of your prospective Guest’s enquiry and confirm back to them the dates that they have expressed an interest in.
- The message in the email should be clear in stating whether the booking is confirmed (if payment has been taken) or subject to confirmation and availability checking by the Owner.
- The email should provide a contact name and a means of contacting you, The Owner, direct if they have any questions.
- In the cases of booking enquiries that are subject to manual Owner approval and confirmation, the automated message should also offer a guide as to how long this will take.
