If you prefer not to accept payments by card and would like to provide guests with your bank details instead then we can set this up for you.
You could choose to display your bank details online – after your guest completes their booking form, or your automated booking confirmation email can send your guest your bank details and ask them to make the payment that way.
Accepting Cheques?
In this electronic age, you wouldn’t want to insist on payment by cheque, however you may have some regular guests that would still prefer to pay you this way.
You can accommodate this request quite easily – when a Booking Request is made online, an automated email will be sent to you informing you of your Guest’s requirements including contact details and dates they would like to stay. From this point on you can communicate freely with your Guest and provide your bank details for them to pay you electronically into your bank account. However you could even ask them to pay by cheque or accept cheque bookings if that is your Guest’s preferred method of payment.
