Here you can confirm or delete booking requests, send emails to your guests and charge their credit cards when their balance is due to be paid.

You will find your Bookings by navigating to OWcal > Reservations from your website’s dashboard.
Your Bookings
By logging into your website you have the ability to see your bookings, your customer contact details, edit your bookings and block dates out from your calendar.
From your dashboard, go to OWcal > Reservations to view all your bookings.
Export Your Booking Data
Your website’s Holiday Home Booking System allows you to export your reservations into a csv file that you can use in other applications such as MS Excel, Word.
View Emails Sent
Your booking system comprises a number of email templates that you can add to or edit to make communicating to your guests easier. Often these will be mailed automatically as and when bookings are received, confirmed or when payments are due. You can view all the emails sent from your list of bookings, and if you need to resend any of them you can do this here with a click of a button
Collecting Payment
If your booking system has been setup to accept payments using Stripe, then you can take advantage of storing your guest’s card details for charging at a later date.
This process involves your guest Pre-authorising an amount from their card for collection at a later date. You would typically use this in the following situations:
- If you didn’t want Instant Bookings enabled on your website and instead wanted to approve and confirm each booking before the guest is charged. After your checks you can charge their card manually with a click of a button.
- In order to collect their final balance when it is due you can instigate the collection yourself rather than ask your guest to make a payment.
- Make a claim on the security deposit. Rather than collect and refund guest security deposits, you can preauthorise the amount from their card and only collect when you need to. If you do need to make a deduction you can claim any amount up to the limit of your security deposit.
Please note: customer card details are not stored on the website, they are securely stored by Stripe.
