Add an Extra Service Charge
Extras could be:
- Allowing Pets
- Allowing Additional Adults / Children
- Welcome Pack of Essentials
- Recreation passes
- Parking
- Firewood / Welcome packs
- Cleaning
You may wish to charge a discretionary or non-discretionary surcharge for additional services that you provide at your holiday home.
How to Offer an Extra Service
Go to OWcal > Extra Services and click the ‘add new extra’ button. Then it is simply a matter of giving it a name, an amount and setting the criteria as to how you would like it to be applied (ie: per person or per night or per stay)
Creating An Extra Service
Go to Extra Services
From your dashboard navigate to OWcal > Extra Services
Add New Service
Click the Add New Service Button and enter the name of the Service
Choose Type
Here you can set a service on a per person basis, a per booking basis or based upon a quantity selected by your guest
