Export your Booking.com calendar to your Website
Calendar exporting lets you view your Booking.com calendar on an external calendar that supports the iCal format. To export your calendar in iCal format and add it to your website:
- Log in to Booking.com’s extranet https://account.booking.com/
- Click on the ‘Calendar’ or ‘Rates & Availability’ tab and select ‘Sync calendars’. This will take you to your calendar sync overview page.
- Click on ‘Add calendar connection’, then scroll down and click on ‘Skip this step’.
- In the pop-up that appears, give your connection a name and then click ‘Export Calendar’.
- Copy the link by clicking on ‘Copy link’,
- Go to your website now and OWcal > iCal Sync
- Click on ‘New Calendar’, type a name for your calendar and paste the link into ‘Enter calendar URL:’
- Click the ‘Add’ Button and then the ‘Save Changes’ button to complete the process
Booking.com issues – May 2025
We have been made aware that Booking.com has inherent issues within its own systems that can lead to it rejecting the importing of calendars. On attempting to import your website calendar to Booking.com you may receive an alert advising your calendar link is not suitable/invalid.
If your website calendar successfully imports into your Airbnb, or VRBO account, or indeed your PC’s calendar application you can be assured that the calendar format is correct and the issue lies with Booking.com. Until they resolve this, such queries should be pursued through Booking.com’s own support channels.
Of course, if your website calendar link fails to import into your Airbnb or PC Calendar, then please do contact us. This would suggest there is a typo in the calendar link.
