Connecting Stripe to Your Website
Stripe is our recommended Payment Provider as it has two clear advantages over Paypal. Firstly it allows you to accept pre-authorised payments from your guests and secondly it doesn’t whisk your guest away from your website to its own website to make payment.

Locating Your Stripe Credentials
Select ‘Live’
Make sure the toggle switch for test/live mode that you’ll see at the top of your screen is not selected. We don’t want Test mode activated.
Click on ‘Developers’ at the bottom-left of your screen.
To the right of the ‘Overview’ tab, select ‘API keys’
Locate the ‘Developers’ section
We will need your Publishable Key which can be copied and pasted from this screen into an email. Please don’t take screenshots.
We also need your Secret Key to complete the connection. If you already have a secret key setup it won’t be possible to copy this – you will need to create a new key by clicking on the ‘Create secret key’ button. After doing this you just have one opportunity to copy it before it is made secret. If you fail to copy it though don’t worry you can simply repeat the process to create another Secret Key
