How do we manage to offer prices this low

Our business model is completely different to that of a typical Hosting Services Provider.

We may both provide similar services, but whereby Owners Websites will connect customers’ domains, email services and SSL certificates to their hosting service, a Hosting Services Provider will not do any of this.

This creates somewhat of a problem for Hosting Services Providers as essentially they provide a suite of technical services – to a client base that, generally, does not have any website technical expertise whatsoever. As a result, the cost of providing customer support is significant and can contribute in the region of 50% towards their pricing.
